Calling VCIS: The VCIS system is an automated, speech synthesized system tied directly to our main database. It will report basic case information for all cases filed since May 6, 1988.

To use VCIS, use a touch-tone phone. Type the last name followed by the first name into your phone and ignore the middle name. (For example, to look up John R. Smith, key in: smith john, which is 76484 5646. For a business, type in as much of the name as possible.) You do not need to type in the whole name. Use the "1" key to represent the letters Q and Z. Press "#" to end the entry. You may also search by Case Number (for example, 98-12345), Social Security Number (for example, 123-45-6789) or tax ID (for example, 12-3456789).

VCIS phone number: (215) 597-2244, or Toll Free in United States (888) 584-5853.
